The Knight Solution

The S2 Global software solution offers Hoar Construction an online, web-based remote system with flexible configuration options for managing a variety of users, each with unique access permissions and requirements, and located across the country and all managed and monitored in one centralized, remote location. With the S2 solution, Hoar Construction also has the ability to run and schedule monitoring reports and receive those updates and notifications by email.

The project for Hoar Construction had a very tight deadline so that they could move to their new location with access control in place. Knight’s Project Management style allowed them to meet the deadline as promised while working together as a strong, dedicated team and offering custom solutions for their business needs.

The Results

“Ray and Larry worked diligently to meet our budget for the project and quickly pulled the proposal together for approvals. We had the logistics worked out on a Wednesday, and they guaranteed that the project would be completed by the upcoming Saturday deadline. The technician came on Friday, stayed late, arrived again early the following Saturday morning and did not leave until the work was completed,” explains Paul.

Paul adds, “Knight’s stellar reputation for responsiveness and dedicated customer support made it an easy decision for us to work with them. A lot of companies can offer solutions, but they just don’t get the importance of being able to offer the type of support and customer service that Knight offers its customer. Knight’s team really went the extra mile for us. We have some future projects in Austin and Dallas, and we will definitely be using them again in the future.”
